“I could no longer make it to the second level of my house. Guess age finally caught up to me. A friend told me about a stair chair (or lift as they call it) to help get me up the steps. Looked around quite a bit before making a purchase. After reaching out to a few companies, I came across Ameriglide Phoenix. The young man I spoke to was incredibly helpful. He explained that a stair lift wasn't as complicated as a process as I thought (or the other companies made it seem to be). No one had to come out and measure, he just needed to know some answers and said it could all be done through him online. Honestly thought he was out of his mind at first and was about to forget the lift all together, but the wife stepped in as usual and told me to to get it. I took the leap and went with these guys--as they were practically half the price--plus the guy on the phone put up with me way more than anyone should. Just had the chair installed last week, and it works great. No complaints so far. Plus the old lady is happy to have me off the couch, especially when she ain't the one who told me to go there.”
