Walking out of there I felt a sense of relief and Mel made my bad day better and kept me happy even while I was freaking out in the chair. “Very good Urgent care - I do recommend this facility. My only concern is that there wasn’t any way to clean door handles and prior person could be going in for COVID test. If there were wipes or hand sanitizer to use before you grab the door handle it would really help decrease risk . I work in health care so Im used to being really good about this but I watched some other people come in and not use the hand sanitizer by receptionist . It would help to remind people if it was next to front door too. Thank you for your excellent care .”
