“Wyatt was awesome today! I came in for my first time. He was very attentive, and I was hyper and excited today. His mellow ways were perfect for my kind of frenzied vibe I had going today. I was lucky to get him as my budtender, because I got some awesome looking packages of medicine. He also made sure to go over all questions I had, including test results. I love health for life’s transparency and customer service. The medicine is also amazing, and at a great price. My body feels nice and almost pain free after some saguaro breath. It gets me behind the eyes :). I will be back! Also, the security lady out front is chill! Front desk people were nice as well. Great little gem here.”

It was outside of his control but he still gave it his all, unfortunately I will have to deal with the insurance myself but Hayden was at least able to get some coupons to help with the price of the necessary meds we had to pick up! “i only rated 5 stars so this will get seen, The pharmacy department is beyond unprofessional and unsympathetic. I work in the medical field, I speak with other pharmacy professionals daily, this is definitely one place I avoid speaking with, the lack of COMPASSION the staff there has is unreal, they process many of my patients prescriptions incorrectly which then in turn forces the pt to pay out of pocket or wait a couple days till someone figures out the correct way to process meds for payment , some advice for management please have your staff up to par on policies on submitting for coverage of meds.”

“Nice CVS. Very friendly staff and the Pharmacy tries hard. They are BUSY. Only been a few times that there hasn't been at least some wait, but then again most places are these days. Text notices can be a tad frustrating i.e. you get a text that your RX is ready to pick up. You go to get 2 and only 1 is done. The other is tomorrow. Well if they told me that I would wait to get both tomorrow and save myself a trip. But that's not their fault. It's a fault in the technology from CVS so I'm not going to blame just this store. IMO They should push CVS for a fix though....”
