“I ordered an Item from Best Buy online for a Christmas gift. The item looked liked it was used an repackaged. I took it to my local Best Buy (Superstition Springs). I have to say they took care of me. The item wasn't in stock in their store but offered to find one and have it shipped to me or their store. I couldn't do that since it was Christmas eve. Cashier suggested the next model up. I said if I could get it at a discount I would be more than happy to buy it. Cashier had to check with Manager. Manager came over an apologized for the inconvenience and ok the discount. I'm happy and they kept a customer. Thank you Cashier and Manager at Best Buy Superstitions Springs.”

“I brought in seats from a 1973 TR6 and asked if they could fix a rip in one of the panels. They said they could and quoted me a good price. Then they asked me if I had considered reupholstering in new material, which I had thought of, and quoted me a really good price to do that. Same cost for cloth or vinyl. I agreed. They said it would take about a week. I think it was 8 days from start to finish. The final product is so amazing. It matches my interior colors perfectly and I couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks to Cesar and his partner for making this a great experience. I’ll recommend you and actually already have.”

The tag on the item was messed up (seller left it on from an old store), so I didn't know if it was in sale or not. I asked a staff member (young man) who was very helpful and called the seller directly to confirm. We found out it was 65% off! I got a fantastic item and deal. The staff was very helpful and polite.
