“If you're looking for a shop to work on your bike in the metro Phoenix area or even from out of state, let me save you the effort of all the research. I moved here from Colorado last year and had an older HD Softail. I knew I was having carburetor issues and looked all over the Valley area for someone who would work on it and someone who was reputable. I finally got a referral from a friend to go see John at Straight Line Customs. Although his specialty is custom builds he also prides himself and his shop in doing quality work. After looking at my bike and diagnosing the issues (some of which may have been directly from the manufacturer) he was able to repair the bike, do a full inspection with some other recommendations, and even cleaned the entire bike before I picked it up. It's now running great; probably better than it's ever run. It's such a relief to find someone who does quality work and who owns a great shop.
