“Our mother needed to move into an assisted living facility very quickly after having a medical emergency. We had contacted many facilities using a variety of placement agencies. We then looked into Brookdale Baywood from the advice of a good friend. We couldn’t be more pleased! Even though we had a short period of time to get her moved in and settled, the staff was amazing! Even during COVID they were so understanding that it was going to be difficult for Mom to adapt from Independent living to assisted and when we needed help in making Mom feel like it was her home. The staff were at her side to give her personnel attention and to explain the “ins and outs” of the available activities, and to introduce her to some of the other residents with which she had interests in common. “Went to see about maybe upgrading to a bigger unit or just more for my money. The current place I am at is way to pricey for nothing bigger than a closet. Considering the fact I was only window shopping and not sure if I was gonna actually get a unit I didn't expect the treatment I got. The manager was the nicest person I've seen in customer service in a long time. Marissa was so helpful and very informative. She definitely helped me make my decision of planning my move in next month. I was shocked at the amount I will be saving by moving my stuff here. It was nice to see a happy smiling face and was so eager to make sure I was happy with everything!!! I would definitely recommend this place. Can't wait to make the move. It's hard to get good customer service nowadays but Marissa really made me feel welcome and it was genuine . This was my 3rd place I stopped and looked at I had 4 more to go look at but after my visit she sold me. Thanks Marissa!!!!”

“Lesley’s did an amazing job on short notice! Less than two days to be exact. I was lucky enough to be able to get the already baked cakes from a cancelled order. I picked the filling and sent an inspiration pic for the cake for my daughters birthday. The cake turned out better than I ever imagined and my daughter was thrilled! “Super cute boutique with all different kinds of style. Received my order within just a few days, very speedy. The only thing keeping me from giving a 5 star is the fact that to exchange my shirts for a larger size.. I had to pay $15 to mail them back, then received a gift card from Privity for the exact amount the shirts cost not including tax, reorder the shirts in the needed size, and then had to repay $10 for shipping. So the total exchange cost me an additional $25 between UPS and the boutique. Would recommend a better way to exchange customers purchases.”
