“Had what I thought was a long standing transmission problem with my Ford Taurus. They were very honest with me from the time I got the diagnosis to the repair. Turns out I was having a issues with my radiator, and condensor accompanied by a pretty sizable transmission fluid leak. They sent me pictures and updates frequently and even let me drop off my car after business hours to accommodate my work schedule. Very honest and professional. It is nice to go to a doctor that will spend the time that is needed to really find out what you need and put a program in place that will help. I also never need to wait more than a few minutes. “I ordered an Item from Best Buy online for a Christmas gift. The item looked liked it was used an repackaged. I took it to my local Best Buy (Superstition Springs). I have to say they took care of me. The item wasn't in stock in their store but offered to find one and have it shipped to me or their store. I couldn't do that since it was Christmas eve. Cashier suggested the next model up. I said if I could get it at a discount I would be more than happy to buy it. Cashier had to check with Manager. Manager came over an apologized for the inconvenience and ok the discount. I'm happy and they kept a customer. Thank you Cashier and Manager at Best Buy Superstitions Springs.”
