“We are so very pleased with the service and the product we received from Cardinal State! Mike and Kim (owners) and Sean (associate) were nothing short of professional on all counts and at all times during the removal of our old unit and cooler, to the installation of our new HVAC unit and thermostat. From our first meeting, we received clear and concise communication from them. The bid we received was comprehensive and fully laid out what we were committing too. They were personable, timely, clean and respectful of our property and our schedules. The biggest headache we had was in coordinating removing our old AC and Cooler units and have a new AC unit installed around our re-roofing schedule. All told, our project spanned a week and required two different roofing crews leapfrogging with Cardinal State to complete the installation. Everything was done when and as described – except dealing with an earlier than expected crane the day of install! We are confident that we chose the right company to install our new HVAC unit. This is one small business that is huge in all areas of product and customer service! We highly recommend Cardinal State for your residential or commercial air conditioning needs.”

“Approximately 2 months ago our RV generator was leaking what I thought to be oil. I brought it in and what was leaking was coolant. The tech person recommended a level 2 service due to the high hours(We camp mostly off the grid and accumulated 3000hrs in 4 years). The service was performed in a timely manner but ouch to the bill of almost 2k. We depend heavily on our genset so in the end it was a small price to pay. Fast forward. Last month we went to Lake Tahoe and then a short trip to Northeastern Arizona. When we got home I noticed something leaking from the generator. Great!! especially after just having it serviced. I called Cummins and brought it in the following Monday. Turns out it was leaking fuel. It spent almost 2 weeks in the shop and this afternoon I got the call that it was ready. I had already prepared myself for another big bill but to my surprise and delight Robert said you don't owe us anything. Apparently the fuel pump was shot but because it was just there and as they stated the inconvenience we're not charging for the repair. I said nobody works for free. Robert said I want you to be happy with us. I can't say thank you enough Robert and appreciate it more than you know. Anybody seeking Cummins service this place is the one to go to hands down. Thank you again.”

“My car was past due for an oil change. I looked up jiffy lube because I remembered seeing them in the paper and I peeled off a coupon for an oil change at jiffy lube. I did not have much time to wait for an oil change so this worked out perfectly. Service was quick, courteous & thorough! I wish I had the name of the gentleman that met me at my vehicle, opened the car as well as the lobby door and escorted me into to the lobby.
