  Love this store! Friendly and welcoming. Always willing to help even with the smallest issues.
  I had to replace my phone and they were able to mirror my new phone exactly.
  Lori is outstanding! So understanding and explained everything clearly.

  We went in today to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. I expected it to take at least 3 hours (has always taken that long anywhere else we’ve gone) but Amanda helped us, and we were in and out in less than 1.5 hours. She was quick, efficient, and friendly. We all walked out happy with our phones and prices!

  Went into this store to upgrade my phone. Talked to a girl with blonde hair, I think her name was Amanda, went from an iPhone 8 to a iPhone 12 max pro. She highly recommended the phone. It was the best decision. The phone is perfect. She was respectful and nice. It was a quick and easy upgrade. I will be back to this store. The staff is always friendly.

  About 3 weeks ago I went into this store frustrated about my phone and service that I had gotten a month earlier. Zephaniah greeted my spouse and I and quickly fixed the issue I was having. I was legit ready to leave the phone company all together, but his knowledge, calm demeanor, and politeness changed my whole outlook. I purchased 2 new phones from a different store and learned (by watching) that the sales rep didn't do everything properly to ensure my phone was up and running correctly. Thank you so much for your help, kindness and assistance Zephaniah. He and this store will be my only go to from now on!

  My car was past due for an oil change. I looked up jiffy lube because I remembered seeing them in the paper and I peeled off a coupon for an oil change at jiffy lube.
  I did not have much time to wait for an oil change so this worked out perfectly.
  
  Service was quick, courteous & thorough!
  
  I wish I had the name of the gentleman that met me at my vehicle, opened the car as well as the lobby door and escorted me into to the lobby.
  
  The oil change was done ( you know I had to say this) in a jiffy!
  
  I will definitely be back to this location. 2730 E. Baseline Rd Mesa

  Great Service!! The manager was friendly the service was prompt!! He was able to communicate what service was performed. All my fluids were checked and filled. Amazing neighborhood partner!!

  Amazing service. Jake was awesome and very informative. Explained everything that was being serviced in my car and was not pushy when trying to upsell. Overall great experience and they also finished my oil change within 20 minutes. Highly recommend!!!!!!
