I had to take my vehicle again on 3/4/22 for a different set of problems. Victor once again got me in quickly. The mechanic completed his diagnostic, Victor called right away and told me everything that needed to be addressed. Being a single mom, I'm on a strict budget so I could only get a couple of things fixed for now. Victor helped me out by advising which issues needed to be prioritized for my safety and helped a bit with one of the costs. My vehicle was fixed the same day. James on the phone was absolutely amazing and worked with me as far as getting a driver & Keith-The Driver who picked her up was very patient, understanding and caring as we had a little troubles(not his fault).
