When I walked in I could tell this company was all about quality. I viewed an array of there products not only on a table but all over their walls. I was even offered a water while I waited!!! McKenzie was quite friendly not only on the phone when I called but while I waited for my project to be done. Everyone was quite accommodating. We had a little snag in my print request, no ones fault, but we worked together and quickly came up with an alternative solution. When printing was finished and paid for, I walked out, got in my car and left with a smile on my face. I couldn't wait to call someone and tell them what a happy experience ABD had given me.
