(September 4, 2023, 11:05 pm)A surprisingly great vistor/discovery center! We wanted to just get out of the house for the morning and found it a great stop while visiting the lake. Ranger Kevin was a great host and very informative about the region. He even brought out some of the live animal displays for the kids to see! It is small but for it's size it's a wonderful stop.

(May 15, 2023, 12:19 pm)Very informative and interesting! Super friendly staff! See Mr. T the 36 year old tortoise. He was a rescue turtle many years ago and it prevented him from being released back into the wild.

(January 24, 2023, 12:22 pm)The Lake Pleasant Discovery Center is an awesome place to come learn about the history of Lake Pleasant. It’s great for kids too because they can earn a Jr Park Ranger badge by completing the program. We spent a few hours here in January playing at the playground, hiking around, picnicking, and exploring the discovery center.
