“I was so nervous about getting a root canal, but Dr. Schindler, Colin who assisted her, and the entire staff at Sundance put me at ease. Everyone was personable, professional, respectful of me and each other. The atmosphere in the office and treatment rooms was calm and, well . . . happy. Even the process of numbing the area was less invasive and more effective than any I've experienced before. The gentle wave technology is amazing. I stated I just called my EAP and they JUST gave me the number. She put me on hold to “check” then came back and said oh ok we do take that. I give my counselor 5 stars but the front office needs a little training and possibly learn to check what they take before they straight out say they don’t take something.
