After nearly five years on appeal with the VA for my PTSD, Dr Mastikian was able to present my disability and frustration with the VA in a succinct and coherent manner along with my long history with VA mental health workers. My appeal was finallyl resolved and help me continue with my recovery. Veterans would be greatly helped by Dr Mastikian's understanding of this debilitating disorder.
While on my drive to my appoinment with Dr. Robert Mastikian I must admit I was nervous, anxious, irritated, and of course angry. All because of how previous doctors made it impossible for me to state my claim despite being up front; you fellow vets know what I'm talking about. Dr. M actually took the time to ask the right questions, empathized, listened, and made me feel validated! He's the John Wick of RONIC psychological services. Nothing gets in his way of providing exemplary customer service and because of his expert level of care my life is forever different and for once I have been made whole! No better man for the mission.
Was referred to Dr. Mastikian upon leaving the United States Air Force. Was able to get the proper diagnosis to recieve my VA disability compensation and was able to get follow up assistance with the battles we bring back from war. Highly recommended.
