“I would give ten stars for the customer service. Samantha was amazing. Very courteous and respectful. Not too mention super helpful as I transition from Samsung to iPhone. Customers were being rude and yet she still kept her composure. Which brings me to why I only gave four stars. Only two staff members for a Verizon store in a mall, on a Saturday, is not very smart. Management should’ve been there or more staff called in or something to help those two girls that were there today. Overall, great little store. This is also not a corporate store either. “Esmeralda inside was fantastic with getting my agreement set up! I was a little disappointed with the gentleman who delivered and set up my bedroom furniture. My nightstand was damaged before they even left my home, a little wood glue can fix the issue but I felt they could have been a little more careful, the biggest problem I had was when they put the boxes in the dumpster without breaking them down, my apartment manager had to contact me to advise me of this and if I didn't fix the issue I would be fined since the dumpster was completely blocked by the boxes. Rent a Center sent someone out to handle this with out any issue so I am thankful for that and although this happened I was still happy with my overall service.”
