I worked with the Trolley Llama team during a custom wedding event they professionally produced, it was truly an unforgettable evening!

They really go above & beyond in how they pull off a totally customized and mesmerizing events. In addition to hosting amazing events, they also sell eclectic handmade items sourced from local artisans that you can't find anywhere else! Look for them at the weekend farmers markets around the Phoenix area, this is a great local business!

My experience with Mr. & Mrs. Llama (Arell and Alexis) goes back 4 wonderful years. May 2016 at a private party way out in the Arizona desert... there it was. A beautiful 35’ vintage Party Trolley with people holding champagne glasses, socializing, and having the time of their lives.

Walking inside, the sudden rush of icy conditioned air was inviting. Shiny waxed floors, ample cushioned seating, with worldly ambience, crystals and gems perfectly placed throughout. I was instantaneously obsessed!

I enjoyed running into the Trolley Llama over the years (farmers market, corporate events, expos, music festivals, etc.) but it was Jan 2018 that solidified our relationship forever. We’re all back in the desert at the Gem & Jam music festival. It’s midnight, everyone’s there and the incredibly talented Llamas have just finished setting up the perfect scenario for my big moment: I’m about to propose. The trolley looked amazing, very festive, everyone was there - even going as far as lighting approx 100 tea light candles just for us. I will always cherish that moment.

The Trolley Llama made our wedding dreams come true!

As any bride knows, wedding planning can be stressful so having the right event planner is key. From the very beginning, the owners, Arell and Alexis were attentive to our needs and found the venue of our dreams, Saguaro Lake Ranch. From there, wedding planning with The Trolley Llama was smooth sailing.

Arell and Alexis are so creative and fun! They listened to what we wanted and made it a reality. They were super flexible with us and always gave us the best guidance when we needed it. Plus, they have ALL THE CONNECTIONS so you don’t have to worry about a thing! They do everything from lighting, to set up, decorating, flowers and much more!

The Trolley Llama’s inventory is endless and unique! You will not find their items anywhere else as they offer imported goods from all over the world, including customizable yurts! Their lighting and set up is also one-of-a-kind. We had colorful LED lighting throughout our reception creating the perfect Arizona desert ambiance. The setup was perfect and everything flowed just the way it was supposed to.

And let’s not forget about The Trolley itself. Arell and Alexis transformed a vintage Las Vegas street trolley car into a totally fabulous, unique and customizable pop-up lounge that was a huge hit at our wedding and is perfect for any event! For our wedding, the lounge was decked out in one-of-a-kind Indian pillows and blankets and other southwest items that perfectly captured our wedding vibe. Our guests LOVED IT!

The trolley is amazing! It is the perfect space to host so many different events, and can wear all the hats!! Pop up shop, girl's wine and painting night, wellness workshop, party bus, cocktail hour.....the options are honestly limitless. Alexis and her husband Arell are creative, flexible, fun and so easy to communicate with. I give them 5 stars and encourage you, your family and friends to get in touch with them for whatever your trolley needs may be....they will make it happen!
