“I did have an issue with my renewal, but mike and Derrick were ON TOP of it to get my card processed! It was my fault too, because I told them to wait to process my renewal until the end of October. However, they got a new system before then, and had to re-process in the new system. So, we had to take steps together on both ends to ensure my card was set. Despite the fact that corporate took a little to respond to the issue, Mike and Derrick went ahead and re-processed my application as soon as they were able to, and they were very professional and understanding about my frustration and experience. This is a great company to get your card- they won’t leave you hanging if you have an issue, and they will get to things ASAP! I have a lot of faith in the wonderful individuals who work for MEDEVAL and the company in general! And, unbeatable prices here and a comfortable waiting area!”
