Hi-Tech Car Care

Hi-Tech car care is the best auto mechanic shop in the state! There is no other place I would take my vehicles. They are very knowledgeable, fast and reasonable. Above all they are honest. I have never felt like I have been up sold on anything that wasn't necessary. I couldn't recommend them enough.

If this were any other type of business, I would probably give it at least 4.5 stars, but like many people, I find it very difficult to trust car mechanics.
So far as I can tell, this is an honest business, run and staffed by honest people. Their prices are reasonable if maybe not the lowest out there - but not the highest, either. I've always been satisfied with the work performed, and I've always been treated with courtesy and respect.

Gary is not particularly friendly. The price of an oil change has skyrocketed. Granted, I went with synthetic oil, but the cost of a traditional oil change has easily doubled. And that’s with a discount. You used to offer coupons. I haven’t received any in a long time. Your work, though, is excellent as usual.

They give honest service with fair pricing. The customer service provided is the best I've ever experienced at any mechanic shop. It is nice, as a woman, to be able to go into a mechanic's shop and not feel like I am being taken advantage of and looked at like an open wallet. Thank you Hi-Tech team for the extraordinary car care you provided me.

I've brought multiple vehicles to Hi-Tech Car Care since 2020 and could not recommend them more for just about any type of automotive maintenance that you might need. Gary, Brandon, Rob, and anyone else who I have dealt with at this shop have always been incredibly honest, friendly, and straight-foward with me about what is going on with my vehicle(s) and offer a resolution with a very reasonable price tag.
