(March 6, 2019, 1:15 am)I was so sad to leave ! Tim is a great host! He provides so many amazing things ... sunscreen, breakfast, snacks, extra entertainment... you name it! The pool area is amazing to go hang out...The rooms are cleaned everyday and kept immaculate... Fresh towels and bath amenities... This is not a gross bath house type place...Where everyone hooks up.The place is kept up and the environment is not intimidating... close to bars and restaurants... I can’t wait to go back....

(June 24, 2018, 3:44 pm)The Arizona Sunburst and it's a very nice bed and breakfast that caters to gay men. At first I was a little surprised because it looks like a home from the outside. They don't have a big sign out front, but it's very easy to get to, and there are many things close by such as restaurants, shopping, and many of the gay bars. The owner and host Tim is a very very nice man and he makes your stay very pleasant. It is clothing optional which is nice especially in the Phoenix heat to go skinny dipping and do nude sunbathing. When speaking to him, he said that slowest time the year is August to December so if you're planning a trip to Phoenix between August to December, it's a great place to stay. If you plan a trip during the rest of the year it is still a really good place to stay, however, it may be booked. Which was nice and very thoughtful.
(April 28, 2018, 7:02 pm)First time staying here. So far I am liking this place. Owner was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but very clean. Very nice relaxing atmosphere to hang out and be yourself.
(April 4, 2018, 5:41 pm)My time at Arizona Sunburst was something that I am going to cherish for ever. The weekend BLEW past so quickly that I never got a chance to unpack my luggage. I bet a very interesting couple from Idaho. They knew how to show this 'ol farm boy a magical evening.
