(December 2, 2020, 1:44 pm)Did not buy a carpet, but they have incredible customer service. I called to ask about rug padding for our area rug to stop our rug from becoming matted. I ended up becoming educated on the effects of dog hair on rugs, and how I can take care of the rug to allow it to stay clean and sturdy.
