“I was interested in purchasing a mid-size car and wasn’t set on the model/type but it had to be low miles and import. I saw this vehicle on the dealer website via CarGurus, an immediate eye catching sharp looking car. I live in North Texas and couldn’t test drive to decide whether to place a deposit. Speaking with Jose and Jorge about the vehicle and gathering the data was totally on trust. I told Jose that I am entrusting him with the details and went forward with my decision to place the deposit. I am looking at transport cost and etc.. , decided to fly up to Arizona and meet Jorge the owner to purchase the car or fly back to Texas on a hold reservation. I landed on an early flight and I didn’t txt Jorge to let him relax and made use of my time. After 30 minutes or so Jorge checks on me to see I made the flight ok! “This is a long and overdue review of Designer Remodeling. They were recommended by our general contractor who was building an addition to our home. We needed someone to construct and install a new master closet, a second bedroom closet, and a storage closet. In addition we wanted professional built-in bookcases with some carpentry details in a Den. All of this required custom design and fabrication. And attention to details. We met with Neil, the owner, at his shop in Phoenix. While most of their displays were for kitchen remodeling Neil showed us his work floor and said they could build anything. And he was correct. We iterated with his designer to get the right mix of clothes hanging areas, drawers of different heights to include narrow ones suitable for jewelry and a variety of deep ones for clothing. We wanted to utilize the space from floor to ceiling and they designed doors on storage cabinets to hide contents. We had a very specific look in mind and they achieved it. The installation process was amazing since this was a 35 year old home with plaster walls and very few right angle corners. Neil's installers were able to on-site cut and adjust custom headers and side pieces that fit the space perfectly. Installation was done in three major waves to work with the completion of different parts of the addition construction. At all times Neil was accessible by phone and his workers took pride in what they were doing. Given the amount of custom work, fabrication, wood staining, our costs through our general contractor were quite reasonable. The important thing was were got exactly what we wanted in terms of quality and functionality. We can not imagine a better outcome.”

He beat the lowest price around on my van by $4,000 dollars and I didn't even have to ask. The customer service is outstanding. They are humans, not pressuring sales people. “Our mother was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and within 6 hours we had to find a home to place her and choose a hospice care company. We were blessed to find Quality Hospice to come in and help care for mom while she was in the assisted living facility. Everyone we came in contact with from this hospice company was beyond kind and compassionate. These people really cared about our family and what we were going through. Linda Miller was our assigned nurse and we could not have found anyone better. She was always there when we needed her or needed supplies. The only reason I am not giving them five stars is because Mom died on Monday morning and it is now Thursday evening and the hospice doctor still has not signed the death certificate so that her body can be shipped back for burial. Our family is traveling from all over the US for the funeral which we haven't scheduled yet because there is no death certificate. This has been very frustrating! Everyday they have promised it would be signed and faxed by the end of the day but so far nothing.”

“I met Hugo and his team a few years ago when our neighbor referred him and his company to us. We hired him to do the fabrication and install of our counters for our kitchen that we were remodeling. Since that first project, we have had Hugo do counters in four bathrooms, a custom desk area and two laundry rooms. The most recent was our laundry room today in our hew house. Hugo and his team do excellent work. Their communication is also fantastic. They have great referrals of where to find slabs and remnants.
