“Our mother was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and within 6 hours we had to find a home to place her and choose a hospice care company. We were blessed to find Quality Hospice to come in and help care for mom while she was in the assisted living facility. Everyone we came in contact with from this hospice company was beyond kind and compassionate. These people really cared about our family and what we were going through. Linda Miller was our assigned nurse and we could not have found anyone better. She was always there when we needed her or needed supplies. The only reason I am not giving them five stars is because Mom died on Monday morning and it is now Thursday evening and the hospice doctor still has not signed the death certificate so that her body can be shipped back for burial. Our family is traveling from all over the US for the funeral which we haven't scheduled yet because there is no death certificate. This has been very frustrating! Everyday they have promised it would be signed and faxed by the end of the day but so far nothing.”

“I had a layover to Austin for a couple of hours and I had been running a lowgrade fever with bad neck cramps and body aches for the past week but at the airport it finally skyrocketed up to 103! I decided to go to the USCareWays urgent care clinic in the Phoenix airport to see if I was going to be able to get care and make my flight or if I needed to go to the ER right then and there. I just had to fill out a few symptom and release forms and within a few minutes they called me in and I they took my blood pressure and temperature, confirming that I was not doing great at all. Then Paul the Nurse Practitioner came in and I filled him in on on the symptoms and everything else I could think of. He was very thorough, polite, and informed, and didn't mind answering all of my questions. He made sure that I was either ready to fly or needed to go to the ER. He ran a ton of tests to narrow down what it could be and was eventually confident that it was some sort it bacterial infection. After a good response to multiple high concentrate IV bags of antibiotics and a good dose of acetaminophen and motrin, he said I should be good to make my flight but to keep taking the meds and go to the ER if my temperature gets that high again. After a couple days, he called me to make sure I'm doing alright and I thanked him for checking in and that while my neck is still having issues my temperature has kept low. Paul and his two assistants were some of the best care I've ever received and I can't recommend them enough. They take your pain seriously and are thorough in figuring out what is going on. They also have a great bedside manner and not only allowed me to call my mother, but also talked to her directly to fill her in since me trying to transcribe everything they told me wasn't going to be perfectly communicated. I'm glad I played it safe and stopped by the clinic where it's obvious the team really actually cares about you and your health.”

“Absolutely love this center! My son is currently in the infant room and all of his teachers are amazing! It’s really reassuring to bring him here every day and see him smiling and excited to see them. All the teachers in the infant room are incredibly friendly and so enthusiastic about their jobs it’s refreshing! I wish I enjoyed going to work every day as much as they seem to. If you’re looking for a place that is top notch and takes care of your babies like their own then this is the place to go!”
