“I have been looking for a good used vehicle at a reasonable price for approx 3 months. I had seen Sam's vehicles and I knew the vehicles were salvage due to great price. Since I have an insurance background, I was aware of what salvage means. I was not looking for salvage but decided to drive down to look at Sam's operation. When I arrived I found a number of recent year, low mileage vehicles at VERY good prices. I asked Sam about repairs and was able to see repair shop and paint booth. I also had the option to take the vehicle to the shop of my choice to confirm that the repairs were done correctly. After all my research, I bought a very nice SUV ( Kia ) and have been very happy to date. You have to realize it is a salvage title and thus it will affect the value. I plan to drive this vehicle for at least 6-8 years and at that point, the fact that it is salvage should not make much difference when selling . Bottom line, Sam was very helpful and very honest. I would have no qualms about buy future vehicles from Sam as he was very fair and very honest . Thx Greg ----- 04/04/19----- I have now driven this vehicle for over two tears and 23,000 miles. “I like this dealer to do all my shopping for parts but in my opinion they need to stop selling after market parts because clients struggle a ton with these parts and lose money, this was my case. I put an IPR valve and I pay a mechanic to do it he charged $800 dollars to find the problem, he put it on but the truck kept breaking down, they mechanic said it was that piece so I took it off and took it back. They gave me the same one and it didn't work I lost a lot of money with the stopped services, I bought an original and the truck began to work again. What I urge the dealer to do is to stop selling this to their customers because they will lose them quickly. This is just my opinion. Thank you and good day.”
