“We had been bringing our former RV, a ‘17 Winnebago Navion G to Mercedes of North Scottsdale for the Mercedes service, and were so impressed by Service Advisor Kate, that when we decided to purchase a new RV, she recommended we meet Gregory there at the dealership to purchase our new ‘22 Airstream Atlas. He kept us informed every step of the way, from our delivery date, when our unit was in production, on the way to the dealership, etc. His high service level continued through the delivery process (so thorough!), and even after we’d driven off and taken it on our first trip! We really had such a pleasant experience and love that we have Mercedes & Airstream service in one hand! Both my husband and I cannot recommend Gregory, Kate & the entire team there enough!”

“The furniture is great quality We love it. the only thing I didn't expect was a drop shipment. Had to hire people to move it to the backyard. One of the best patio stores. We live in La Quinta and couldn't find the kind of furniture we wanted so we drove to Arizona on a friend's recommendation. Mike was a great salesperson. The held our furniture for a very long time as our pool took much longer to get done that expected and we had no where to store. Paddy O was great”

“I was recently in the store, and would like to thank Nancy Wasser for her kindness. I had three necklaces for my granddaughters, and wanted to add several charms to each. But thought I would need to change the clasps in order to add the charms. Nancy was able to add the charms to each necklace without changing the clasps. She spent at least 30 minutes making the change, and did not charge me. I offered to pay for her services but she declined. This isn't the first time I've brought a piece of jeweler to them to have it tweaked. And they haven't charged me. Thank you so much Nancy for your time, and generosity. I will always remember your kindness, and will continue to recommend Ganem to family and friends.”
