“Extremely clean, professional, and innovative gym. Although pricey, they offer discounts for young professionals working in the area. Similar to a student discount or family plan, it is very helpful in making it possible! I particular love the relaxing hot tub, swimming pools, steam room, and showers. You know gyms aren’t expected to be 100%, but lifetime is the closest Iv been to getting as close to that as possible! Iv been to many different popular gyms and lifetime has consistently been the cleanest. Also, the air quality is very good, which is ironically not always a priority for certain gyms. I highly recommend lifetime to anyone looking for lots of fun, serious working out, a chill spot, complimentary yoga and fitness classes, and much more. I just joined and cheers to many years of healthy living.”

“I was in Scottsdale a few weeks ago visiting a friend, and woke up with a brutally stiff neck. After a day of pain meds and trying to stretch, it was still killing me! I came to LifeSpa as they didn’t require an appointment, t god. I saw Danielle who suggested a “rescue from tightness” deep tissue. God damn, it was SO helpful! I told her exactly what the deal was, and she knew exactly what to do. She also gave me a few tips on stretches for the next few days, which were also super helpful. I’m not much of a massage person, but I’d definitely see Danielle again if I had a similar issue!”
