However, they fail to recognize qualified an valuable employees like my Husband who has shown absolute leadership, responsibility and skill.He was raised with it! And now, unfortunately they get only what the job description requires, after 12 years. About an hour ago, we are conversing about things, he says how his supervisor, Leslie flt out calls him a dumb ass. A dumb ass!!! He was careless and laughed about the harassment but I was furious. I'm not for messing with people's livelihood and I hope neither is Sub-Zero but employees should not have to feel like unprofessional and disrespectful authority is tolerable because they're adults. Although this may not be of interest to you but you should know that " WE THE PEOPLE "”
