Budget Car Rental

I cannot say enough great things about this Budget location. It is owned by a gentleman named James who runs is incredibly well, is super responsive and knows the company and it’s systems thoroughly. We rented a one way rental online for several months with pickup at his location. He was super pleasant, totally switched on, gave us our brand new car in a few minutes and explained how multi month rentals work at Budget. I just had a small problem with Budget since their system didn’t auto renew our contract at the end of the month as it was supposed to. I decided to call James and he fixed it in a minute. What a great guy, what a great business to deal with. Next time I’m renting in Phoenix I’m making sure to pick up car here. I’d give 10 stars if I could

My wife picked up our rental car here recently, and the service was great. I didn’t have a good experience at a different location, and the owner was very generous and graciously upgraded our rental. The drop off and pick up was very quick and efficient. I highly recommend!

The experience I have had at this Budget location has been great! I don't always have the best relationship with Budget when picking it up from an airport, but the guys at the Bell location are really great. Very friendly and helpful when I had left a pair of glasses in our rental, which I didn't realize until 3 days later. They tracked down the car and found my glasses.
