(January 9, 2021, 10:18 am)First time renting a car here and I have to say the building inside was uninviting. However, the service I received was top notch. We had an issue with our rental confirmation and the staff, a young man and young woman both helped us. Additionally, they went above and beyond when they found out I was there for my grandfather’s funeral they gave us a better rental at the same price and I found that to be very thoughtful. The check in process was easy along with check in. I would suggest maybe making the office area a little more inviting but I was overall happy with my experience and I will rent here again.
