Paddy O' Furniture

WOW!! My furniture was delivered last Friday! I love it!! It is soooo comfortable!! Duane was my salesman and he was AWESOME!! No pressure just helpful and answered all our questions! He took as much time with us as we needed!! Gave great advice on which fabric to go with and the pieces that he thought we would be the happiest with. We will add to our outdoor furniture and you can bet we will be purchasing it from Paddy O’ Furniture!

Gene made sure we had a very good experience. We had no issues except that we couldn't make up our mind on what to get. Gene was very patient and helpful w/us. Expensive, albeit, high-quality furniture. So far, we are very happy.

I recently had a very positive experience at your Phoenix outlet
store. Gene, Assistant Manager, could not have been more courteous and pleasant. He described, showed and demonstrated all aspects of the product in which I was interested. He was attentive with no pressure. We completed the sale and he was able to schedule delivery before Thanksgiving, which I appreciated. The two men who delivered my purchase, Manny and Kiki, were efficient, courteous and set up my new outdoor sofa and loveseat perfectly. I could not be more satisfied with the entire process. Kudos to Paddy O'Furniture!

Usually don’t take the time to post reviews - good or bad. However, a very recent experience with Paddy O’ outlet store in North Phoenix was enough to push me here. Purchased some chairs and a love set with their ‘Bliss’ cushion upgrade. After delivery, we noticed a significant difference in the four cushions density when sitting on them - significantly different. Called Kevin (Manager) the next day. He promptly asked if we could bring them up and to see what we they can do. Upon arrival on Monday, he listened to us, looked at the cushions, and agreed there was a difference. Offered to have us try multiple cushions that were in stock, and we were able to find four that matched in seating experience. Also brought a back cushion with us that had a very small hole. He replaced that cushion without question. Very positive experience. Would highly recommend.
