“I had to decided to get a lot of work done on my home all at once. After trying to coordinate several different contractors with various failed results a friend suggested I try a general contractor. I met with several and no one seemed really interested until I met with Mike at Crafted Remodeling. Not only did he seem excited about my project, he was constantly in contact with me to make sure I was completely comfortable with the contract before I signed it and gave him the deposit. During the work process, communication was open. Nothing happened without my approval. All of Mike's subcontractors that I interacted with were incredibly professional and really worked hard to make sure I got what I wanted. There was one or two times where my vision didn't quite match code or what was physically possible but everyone worked with me to come up with ideas that were satisfying to all of us. The quality of the work itself is outstanding and I'm in love with my new home and yard. Mike and his team really went above and beyond, even touching up little spots that were near work areas but not included in the contract.
