I stopped in tonight for dinner and placed an order for 5 people. When I got home, I realized that there was some mistakes made/missing items. I’m not usually one to call to “complain” but tonight I did. I had the chance to talk with Jon, and he took what could have been a poor experience and completely turned it around. He was nothing but apologetic and accommodating. Mistakes happen. How mistakes are handled is what matters and I was very impressed with how kind of a response I received.

Kaitlyn took very good care of me tonight. I made it clear that the chili cheese tots at other sonics NEVER have enough chili on them and she assured me that they would if I ordered them there and she was not wrong!! Not only that but she had top notch customer service. Kaitlyn needs to be a manager!! Y’all are lucky to have her and I’m lucky to have gotten her tonight because I’m very satisfied with my chili and cheese portion on these tots!! Take notes other sonics! Thank you, Kaitlyn :)
