“While the area has a serious homeless/addict population, that's to no fault of the hotel or it's staff. My fiance and I have been here for a year and a half and the staff are amazing, caring and helpful. Contrary to a what we expected to see based on reviews we read before renting here, we have not had a problem with bugs. They do bbl# monthly pest control, and as long we reasonably clean up after ourselves we don't see more than maybe 1-2 roaches a month MAX (which given that it's a monthly hotel in a rough are of Phoenix, you're bound to see one now and then). Full-sized fridge/freezer, microwave, comfy chair, desk and snacks at the front desk. This place has come to feel like home, and the monthly/weekly prices are great compared to the rest of the hotels in the area, especially considering the amenities included. Best place we've stayed! “I love to share positive reviews and it sometimes hard to do so. But I just had my irrigation system replaced by Ryan and his crew. They did a fantastic job. My original quote was never changed. The men were on time. They worked diligently and cleanly. You couldn’t even tell they had touched all of the rock covering when they were done. Ryan explained the timer and checked every place they placed a sprinkler head and assured me they were all working. I feel very grateful that I picked this place of business!”

“Chuck is extremely knowledgeable and cares a great deal about his product. He’s welcoming and kind in his demeanor, and is willing to help or answer any questions you might have. He is in no way pushy like a typical sales person. He’s around to give you answers, but gives you the space you need to explore the safes on your own. From my understanding, he holds the fort down mostly himself, and seems to manage it well. He’s responsive, willing to work with you on payment options, has delivery options, and will do what he can to help you find the right safe for you and your home.”

Per my request he called me to help sort out my order which was going to be shipped to two different addresses. “Its a decent mobile home park with great management. The Manager is a good guy, he's responsible and quick to respond to any issues tenants might have. Yes, it looks like the stereotypical "trailer park," but the residents are much more classy and clean. I know from family members who reside there that they have very low to no crime. When I visit, I never see any trashy druggies or other low-lifes I'd expect to see and have seen at other nicer/higher-end mobile home parks in Phoenix, Glendale and Peoria.”
