“Was a very nice store. Very well managed and laid out. You were able to find what you were looking for. The only problem I had was service. I asked for an eye liner pencil to be sharpened, and she took it from me without a word and looked for a sharpener as if it was cutting into her time at work, or I was bothering her, or it was above her station to do so. I'm sorry, but if you are in CS, you need to be pleasant and happy even when you are having a bad day. I have been in CS for most of my 40 years of working. You have to be willing to help people and get them what they need or send them in the direction of what they need. Anyway, it's a really nice store and lots of choices to choose from. They even have samples to try, which is really awesome because I like to try things before I buy, so see if it will work or look good on me. Great store. Go have a look if you need some make-up or facial needs.”

“All the sales girls were absolutely awesome! I was trying to shop for three different people...completely different people.. they really made it possible. I shopped until the last minute, they were so totally personable and down to earth. They did not rush me or make me feel uncomfortable, like I was putting them out! The return policy is excellent. They stock of all different types of clothes, ie-sizes, colors styles etc. I recommend checking out this particular Old Navy store. It had been years since I went and I'm glad I did. I will go back. “Good place to shop for anything. They have a bunch of luggage options, purses, make up and body care, home decor and clothes and shoes. I like to go in and walk around. That's how I found many things I never would have though they would have, like snacks and kids furniture. It's always a pleasure to walk in there...the store is clean and although they have tones of employees they don't bug me while I'm doing to therapy shopping.”
