Dr. Hillmann performed the necessary surgery on October 12. Surgery was a breeze. Dr. Hillmann carefully explained the procedure beforehand and followed up post-surgery with physical examination of the area. “I received a 20 dollar bk gift card as a gift and decided to try this new bk out and had the absolute lowest expectations based on the reviews. I ended up blown away by the service and this store. I went in to order take out and had a very long and special order (some burgers I wanted plain some only pickle and cheese and I wanted french fries without salt) I had 16 items in total and the front desk cashier offered me free soda while I waited. Extremely nice to do that and was very personable. My convoluted order was made perfectly as I requested and I walked out in disbelief because I couldn't believe all the trash reviews and here I got the most incredible service. Couldn't believe it and I'll definitely be back”

“Had a charging issue. Made an on-line appointment and agreed to their on-line cost amount too. Received a call to come early for potential repair while waiting. Upon arrival I was met promptly. The young woman who had called quickly made an assessment, asked me to briefly wait and disappeared into the back. Within 2 minutes she returned with my phone and the good news that the charge port was dirty and that she cleaned it. “No charge” she cheerily declared. If this doesn’t demonstrate integrity and professionalism to you (especially in this often distrustful environment), I don’t know that anything will. I left very happy...and a small token of my appreciation too.”
