“This is a nice hotel with very friendly staff. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is due to the breakfast selection. That doesn't mean it's not a nice option but as a breakfast it's certainly not deluxe (I realize this is the standard breakfast for this hotel chain). Overall I have no complaints. “Good clean gym. Just wished it had more equipment and that it included massage chairs. Showers Could use more water pressure too. Also go talk to Armando and Noelle the assistant manager! Both are great and will get you easily signed up into mountainside fitness and also be helpful for any additional help here. They will take care of you. Also shout out to Andre, the general manager for the fitness trainer area and for front desk to Aaron and Viviana. Last but not least, Tony the general manager here, keep up the good work! “This location is very nice, spacious and clean. I love that it has a sauna and a steam room, plus their smoothie bar is good. They also include towel service. The only real downside is that it’s a bit pricey and their hours could be better. Most people are busy during the week. Closing the gym early on weekends is a real disservice. If you want a 24 hour gym, go to EoS. Also, I like to use the sauna with my husband so that I’m not sitting there alone bored the entire time. At EoS, the sauna is unisex and by the pool, which is nice.”

“Doctor was quick and helpful, prescription was good, but the scratch resistant coating is not at all effective regardless of how much care you try to take of them. The O'Neill frames I bought worked well but were very cheaply made where the lens is held in place. Lenses popped out repeatedly, and today one of the cheap plastic filaments holding the lens ripped in half. I bought the warranty, but it apparently it only cover the lenses, not the frames. O'Neill only covers a 1 year warranty on their $150 frame, but they are extremely poorly designed with very weak material. I originally had a 1-star review, but the manager was very helpful and replaced the filament holding the lenses in, and made a number of frame and nose-piece adjustments, eventually replacing them for more grip; I'd give her 6 stars for helping me not have to buy another set of frames. I've been dealing with the scratched lenses for longer than a year, apparently, but the scratches likely occurred because the lenses were popping out unexpectedly in parking lots and on sidewalks.”

I walked in and was greeted by a receptionist named Samantha, i was lucky to be able to get taken back right away for a full set. The shop is very clean ehich is the first thing i look for in a nail shop. The staff were all friendly. Christina did my nails and was very friendly and professional. I loved my nails and have gotten several compliments on them already. I came back today and got a gel pedicure! I would definitely recommend Herbal Nails Happy Valley. I would recommend making an appointment if possible since it seems like they get busy!”
