Berger Allied Phoenix did a great job moving furniture I inherited from my mother to our home in Chicago. They were very careful with all pieces and accommodated a delivery schedule change with no issues. The crew was courteous and careful and everything arrived in great condition. I can only say wonderful things about the entire team that I worked with at Berger Allied. I moved cross-country and had a vehicle shipped along with all of my things. From the beginning, Bill Watson was amazing. He was thorough, professional, efficient and spot on with my estimate. My moving coordinator, Charla Guerrera, blew me away as well. She was always available, prompt with her responses when I had questions, and she did so much to make sure I was comfortable from start to finish. What a wonderful pair to have on staff. Such an asset to the company! Let me just say, I have moved many times in state and the crew that packed and loaded my items was the best I’ve EVER seen. They were so careful and professional. Top notch! Traveling from AZ to NC, my items arrived in excellent condition and the crew who unloaded and unpacked was just as meticulous as the first crew. I really don’t think Berger Allied has a bad employee. I’m astounded by how smooth this move has been. It is so nice to be able to focus on the other things that make an out of state move stressful and know that your personal items are in great hands. I will definitely use and recommend Berger Allied in the future.

Fantastic move with Berger/Allied. I've moved 16 times in 30 years of Army service and this team was better than any of my moves. I coordinated this move for my mother to move cross-country. Every aspect of this move was World-class! Mike Whittaker in the Phoenix office was kind, professional, and he made my mother very comfortable about the process. Mike was great and the team that followed was equally remarkable: Phil, Vic, Gil, John, and Frank. Everything they did was to a very high standard, they were courteous, packed everything very carefully, and routinely checked with us to ensure all instructions were followed. I strongly endorse this very professional company - you can't go wrong.

I rarely leave reviews, but Berger - Allied did a fabulous job in my out of state move. Bill Watson visited my house, provided a detailed and professional quote and that was the exact amount I paid. The moving team disassembled beds, couches, tables.. and flawlessly reassembled them in our new home. No scratches, no marks on the walls or floors and they were fast. Charla the moving coordinator kept us fully informed and everyone showed up on time, were very professional and completely met our expectations. Great Job!
