Last week I attempted to switch to Verizon at ANOTHER location down the street from this one and I had a terrible customer experience, I was never going back to a verizon place. But THIS GUYS at this one, they go above and beyond, the fella who helped me I think his name is Carlos so kudos for him. Also, while I was there since my case required a little extra time, I was watching how the rest of the staff was treating everyone else as customer service dictates. They have seasonal flowers, vine plants, all the works. They even have all the tools from hoses to rakes.
