I went here for a class on the weekend. I'm guessing since it was the morning, there was still plenty of spaces to park at in the parking lot.
Restrooms inside are very clean. The classroom space was clean too, however it was a bit small to fit all the students in there. We were only able to fit 5 of those long tables and the rest of us had to sit.
The ladies teaching the class did an amazing job. They made the class interactive and made sure we understood all the material before moving on.

There so nice and respectful and they always understand life problems that all people go threw and they help Thank God

06/18/19 UPDATE: They've changed the appointment making process, making it much easier and less stressful. Now, when you call to make an appointment, callers are placed in a queue in the order that they called. No more frantic calling and getting busy signals.

They have also streamlined the appointment intakes. No more waiting hours and hours. If you make sure to bring in all the required documents, you can be in an out in under 2 hours. I've updated my rating from 1 to 5 stars.

I've assisted clients and neighbors by calling on their behalf to set up appointments. People have jobs and can't spend all morning on the phone. Regardless of how close people live to that facility, I always suggest they go to another one. Not that it's much easier to reach them by phone but the case workers really want & try to help people. At JFL, it seems most of them are just there for the paycheck.
