  Awesome store and service. Let me say that I'm not a musician but I can tell you about customer service.
  
  My daughter had a school project that required her to make an instrument. After showing her Jack White make a guitar out of a board, a pickup, and a few nails, she was hooked.
  
  We went to the store to see how much a cheap pickup would cost. The store owner came out and handed her two pickups out of a box of parts in case one didn't work. In addition, he talked with both the kids about their bikes and gave them both candy.
  
  It was a great experience and nice to have people like this living and operating businesses in the community.

  These guys know their stuff. Wanted some different cymbals and this place is worth the drive. Super friendly and helpful. Great pricing with percussion needs! Will keep shopping here for sure.

  Just picked up a Fender Acoustic for Rookies - What a great place! Super awesome service and great staff, very knowledgeable. If you are in the mood for drums or guitars I can’t think of anywhere better.

  Bizarre guitar has been in Phoenix forever. I think it's the best used guitar shop in town with a friendly, knowledgeable staff. They have a ton of nice guitars and quite a few decent amps too. I'm sure there is more but I'm a guitar player, so that's where I focused when there. It's also a good place to sell a guitar if you don't want to sell online.

  Great selection of Gibsons, Fenders and a full room for acoustic guitars. They have walls of guitars.The staff is cool and has always treated me well. One of the best guitar store around here.
