  Our Rinnai 2 stage condensing tankless water heater just suddenly quit working with no error codes. Alan’s Plumbing Service was the first listed recommended contractor in our area on Rinnai’s website. They were promptly able to get me scheduled for servicing. The owner, Alan and another gentleman arrived exactly on time, both shook my hand and were very friendly upon greeting me. Alan seemed to have very detailed knowledge on my specific type of water heater and was more than willing to explain the entire process to me. This was great seeing as 2 stage condensing units are quite a bit more rare than single stage units. Luckily the part we needed was in stock at a supply warehouse and Alan was able to get it fixed right away. I am saving Alan’s number for any future plumbing needs. I strongly suggest Alan and his team to others in need of plumbing services.

  Very fast response time from time of call, (less than 24 hours) Matthew was very professional and gave us all our options and recommendations. After quoted a price, the job was more involving than expected however they still honored the original price despite the more work and materials. Matthew fixed our drain same day, once the job was completed he gave advise on a couple other possible issues we may see down the road and was not pushy about it at all. would HIGHLY recommend them for any plumbing needs.

  Definitely a good experience. Well pump died after storm knocked out power. We had no water with 4 kids and 2 adults!!! The service from Ramona, Matthew and Alan went above our expectations from the initial diagnosis to the repair, especially with temps of 90 plus. Will be recommending and using in the future.

  Just wonderful! Matthew arrived promptly, listened to the issues we were having, and went above and beyond to investigate the issue and thoroughly explain to me (including showing me pics of our problem). I found the plumber I will always call! For me to trust a service man says something. Thank you Alan’s Plumbing! 100% A+++ all the way around! You can’t forget the wonderful customer service in the office by Ramona!
