I've lived here once before and loved it. The Staff was always delightful and it was nice...being a little ways out of the city.

The best deal in Arizona! Located smack-dab in the middle of the quiet and beautiful Sonoran Desert, yet all the major business are right across the interstate...Home Depot, Fry's Foods, etc. Spectacular sunsets become even more spectacular when native wildlife (coyotes, javelina, bobcats, deer, and cottontail rabbits) parade past in the evenings.

Activities are too numerous to list, including dances, jam sessions, karaoke, and lots of daytime hobby classes. Or you can visit friends under the Arizona stars and play games. A heated indoor pool with a jacuzzi is open to guests.

Yes, there are lots of rules, but that's the reason the resort is pristine and safe. I appreciate the rules! We initially came here for a month while we sold our home, and three years later, we're still here! That's how wonderful it is. Only Eden was perfect, but this is as close as it gets!

Big resort and we'll organized. Lots of lights everywhere. Sits in the middle of two gun ranges so you hear a lot of gunfire all day and late into the evening. They make you wear name tags to use any facilities here. Lots of shopping close by. Don't know if we would come back. A nice base if you want to explore the area.

We stayed for two months and enjoyed our stay. 55+ community so it’s quiet, reasonably priced, and nicely landscaped. Their rules and regulations are clearly defined and enforced. It’s located just north of Phoenix with easy access to the greater metropolitan area. Our neighbors were friendly and a pleasure to chat with. Will definitely be back.
