(May 5, 2020, 1:31 pm)Yesterday I called Mr. Vac. The person that answered was so polite on the phone that it blew me away. He promised that if I stopped by, he'd help me out with my Shark vacuum cleaner. So, I stopped by. Ryan was so helpful and polite that I can assure you I will be going back there with my sewing machine, also. If all businesses ran this way. Wow!
(April 10, 2020, 12:12 pm)These guys rock! I bought a Riccar vacuum from them 20 years ago, and at the time they told me it would last virtually forever. After 20 years it needed some service, so I called them about it.
Ryan told me my machine was still excellent, and to not buy a new one.
It cost me $150 for the cleaning and repairs, and now I'll have a top notch vacuum for another 20 years.
