“My husband and I just spent our first winter as snowbirds at Paradise Valley Ranch, and we loved it! The office manager, Karen, and her husband were helpful: backing in our 5th-wheel, where to find items in the local area and especially fun to chit-chat with. The pool, hot tub, reck room and laundry room were clean and the mix of RV’s and beautifully maintained vintage single wide mobile homes really made for a wonderful stay. It was fun to take evening walks and to say hi to, and visit with, the neighbors.”

“My son has grown so much as a person and as a student since switching to Archway North Phoenix 3 years ago. They handled the pandemic and all the chaos that came with it with so much grace. The staff and teachers are amazing. All 3 years my son has attended this school, he has not disliked a single teacher, which is saying a lot! I wish Great Hearts was around when I was a kid. They learn about things that I never even learned in high school😅 many people are saying the homework load for Archway is massive, but that’s simply not true, at least in our experience. It’s reasonable and my son has plenty of free time after school.”

“Good chicken. I couldn't hear them at the drive thru so they told me to pull forward to the window. I got the 12 piece meal for $20. It came with 2 sides, I got mash potatoes & coleslaw. I also asked them for 10 pieces original & 2 spicy. The spicy was pretty good. I would definitely get 1/2 original & 1/2 spicy next time. The mash potatoes & coleslaw wasn't that great. “Best food and service I ever have had at any Burger King. I always ask for fresh fries, and I’ve learned to ask that the double meat Whopper not be prepared until the fries are done, that way it’s as fresh as the fries. The gentleman who took my order walked straight to the back, and instructed the cooks how to insure the fries and burger came up together. Wow! Once the meal was ready I sat down to eat and was immediately impressed. The meat patties were warm, and tasty. The vegetables on the burgers were very fresh. The fries were perfect. These people must enjoy what they do and are happy to serve to turn out such a great meal. Seemed like the whole staff had a great attitude.”

“This is the best gym I've ever gone to and probably the best kept secret in town in the way of gyms! Matt (the owner) is also the trainer for all members. He gets to know you personally and discusses your current fitness level and fitness goals. He then develops well thought-out, organized workouts for each day you plan to come in. Each workout is different from the last and different from everyone else's. The workouts are segmented into sets so you are easily able to see the plan for the session. He shows you how to correctly do each move and prioritizes safety and form above speed and weight. Matt walks around the gym guiding each member and lets you move at your own pace (which I find to be much more pleasant that working with a trainer in a person one-on-one session as I always then feel the need to rush). I have honestly never gotten bored working out at Matt's gym and always enjoy my time there (I typically go 3x/wk). Matt is very personable and approachable as are all of the members of the gym. There is a wide variety of members from young to older and of all body types and fitness levels. Everyone is friendly and the environment is comfortable (quint essential safe place in a world of otherwise not so gyms). The membership is a flat monthly rate and it is not difficult to start, pause or cancel your membership (unlike nearly all of the franchised gyms). The equipment in Matt's gym is top notch and there is just about everything imaginable there in the way of strength training. In the way of training, I consider this to be my forever gym.”

“I stopped by this a.m. p.m. at least a couple times a month. They are always the cheapest gas in this area and are usually very competitive citywide. I know a lot of ampms tend to be run down and dirty, this is the exception and is always very clean and very brightly lit. They're hot foods are always fresh and the inside of the store is extremely clean and well-kept. They're fresh cookies are amazing and hard to resist. The staff here is super friendly and very hospitable every time I come in. I appreciate the gas stations that are clean and don't have a lot of riff Raff hanging out front. This one is always clean and I've never seen riff Raff out front.”

“My daughter was in the Learning Center preschool for two and a half years. We absolutely loved our experience. The teachers are so great and she learned so much. It is an active preschool which is perfect for active little bodies. She got to participate in dance, ninja and gymnastics. They also learn ASL(sign language) and my daughter is so excited to continue her ASL training. She is sad to leave the Learning Center as she is moving on to Kindergarten but she will continue with her Dance and Gymnastics classes. I highly recommend this program for your little ones.”

“I am so grateful that I found Dr Townsend. We are so lucky to have him here in the valley of the sun. He is highly competent, caring and he clearly wants to help. I first saw him in July of 2019 for severe insomnia. Within a few weeks, I went from sleeping 0-4 hours a night to 5-7 hours a night. In fact, I started sleeping better the first week and kept getting better after that. It only took 2 visits. Dr Townsend checks up on you after visits via emails, text or phone. He makes sure the sleep plan you created together is working and he provides advice on how to tweak it when certain aspects do not go as planned. I saw him again in November of 2020 after a mental breakdown, while I was under treatment for severe depression. It only took 1 visit and less than a week after I started sleeping 5-7 hours per night again, which allowed the therapy to kick in. He kept checking on me well into December via email. I found out that in order to treat depression with therapy, you have to be rested for your mind to take it in. THANK YOU Dr Townsend! Your caring treatment was instrumental in my recovery.”
