Gina was absolutely great. My only issue is you advertise a reduced rate for your first month. That is great if you sign up on the first of the month.

The reduced rate should be prorated. I signed toward the end of the month and paid the same as a person who signed at the beginning of the month.

Just moved my stuff in and it was easy breezy. Booked everything online then went down to the office to show my ID a few days later, etc… Super nice and helpful girl in the office. In and out in minutes. Then moving in was also a breeze; large hallways, big elevators and carts to help move your stuff. The whole property was clean, cool and safe. Have zero complaints!
