(March 11, 2019, 4:48 pm)I just bought a mobile here and the manager Missy was very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately the week I moved in there was a plumbing problem but Missy came to the rescue and had it fixed immediately! I look forward to living here.

The management is very cooperative and listens to any issues you may be having however if you need any maintenance done on your trailer it might be awhile before they get around to it. Other than that the trailer park is kept very clean and orderly and is very appealing to the eye. Rent is a little high however, since Arizona has become very popular state to live in it makes sense for the rent to be a little high considering the economy as well. I would recommend this trailer park to anyone. It's very safe friendly and family oriented trailer park and it has a low crime rate because it is Under New Management. No felons are allowed to reside there which is a plus.
