Needed to add a line to my account and get a new phone. The customer service was great and all info from old phone was transferred to the new one. They even threw in a new case for free.

Love this cricket store. The manager I believe her name is beronica & the guy there are so nice & paciente with me. And always have a good laugh when going in there if its paying my bill or buying a new phone. Best cricket

Hands down one of the best cricket on the south side. Veronica was very helpful & always in the best mood. Shes my favorite ! She always knows how to give you the best deals. Recommend her 100%
