After eight(8) calls to various companies across the valley, only Penguin answered! The lady that answered was no nonsense! Within minutes, I knew my situation would be fixed. John, the Tech, was fantastic!! Friendly, courteous and professional! I liked his enthusiasm for his work!!

My unit wasn’t going on, and I was freezing daily especially at night. My maintenance was not scheduled for another couple of weeks. However, I texted Penguin Air to see if they could come sooner than expected. I received a text stating that they would be happy to help with the unit. After answering a few text questions I had a technician here within an hour. What a nice and pleasant experience. Sky was amazing and did more than others have. Penguin Air saved my family from 21 days without Air Conditioning. During the hottest summer in Phoenix recorded history!

We had a Home Warranty Company that strung us along for 21 days and we opted for a “cash out”. Penguin Air came to the rescue. They got us a beautiful Goodman AC unit and installed it in 18 hours! The Home Warranty people said it might take a month to get the equipment. Penguin Air also diagnosed that our original vent from when the house was built was an insufficient size. They installed a new vent, and we cannot hear the AC coming on or going off anymore. It is incredible…so quiet.
