“What a wonderful experience. My best Concentra experience ever. They were courteous, helpful and friendly all while remaining professional. That's was just the two women at the checkin desk. They worked well together so keep that team together. The Raider fan and the woman in blue scrubs. I thought I was there just for a drug test. Nope, I was wrong. They found in the automated system my employer wanted a physical and drug test. Oh great, I wasn't ready for that, mentally. They put me at ease and helped me thru the process. It went a lot faster than I expected. I was there about 3pm on a Wednesday afternoon. I had other things I had to accomplish that morning. Once the ladies did their part up front, my name was then called and the physical process began. A nice woman escorted me to the stations to accomplish each task, vitals, weight, eyes, ears and the urine test. I've gone thru this many times before in my past and it was always been impersonal and robotic. This woman was very personable. After all that, I was escorted to a room where I waited for the doctor. To my amazement he was a veteran. I knew I was in good hands. The doctor was very professional, personable and informative. Once he finished, he departed. A short while later, a nice woman answered my questions as she closed out the physical process after providing me with copies for my record. This couldn't have gone any better. Kudos to the staff at this location. They made this process Not suck. Thank You. This Veteran is very happy and will tell others about this place.”

“My 1st visit my wait was a bit long but I was quickly put in a less crowded waiting room as the main waiting room was full. The wait was long because they were extremely busy that day. Once I was put in a room the Dr. was with me quickly and I had a quick bit very efficient visit with my Dr, he was very nice) and was on my way. All follow up visits have been very quick and great. The Physical Therapy office is wonderful! Always seem quickly and everyone is super nice!!! I would definitely recommend this office to people. Thank you so much for all the help getting me healed!”
