“I was new to Phoenix and pulled into the parking lot of this autozone to check my oil because the light came on and my AC suddenly went out when it was 115°. This really nice employee (I think his name was Doug) was outside and asked if I needed help. I told him what was wrong and he said it didn’t have to do with the oil and that is was most likely my cabin air filter. I had no clue what that was so he told me how to access it and went inside and got me a new one. He changed it out for me and my AC started working perfectly. He was super kind and I’m really grateful for his help.”

Following him around all of phoenix because he's the only tire guy that has been up front and honest since day one. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and always finds a way to fit me in with my busy schedule. I have realized it is not just me. Every customer I watched him work with are extremely pleased with his service. Today I came in unannounced due to a large chunk out of a tire. Figured out a way to get me home and get my vehicle back to me in a timely manner. Went over the paper work and warranty of the new tires. This is how customer service is done. Tracy helped me with filing my claim, calling the insurance company and fighting for my request when they deemed differently and stayed on top of my claim start to finish. The tech that came out to repair my windshield, deemed it non-repairable after the insurance company claimed it was and even came back out that night to replace my windshield. The only drawback that I found using this company from start to finish was that they outsource the scheduling and the talking of the insurance to a foreign call center but I guess if they have to do that to save money so be it.
