“I just finished my 4 weeks of foundations and I love it! I had never done anything like CrossFit before and was definitely scared to try this but I’m so glad I did it. The coaches are really great, they make sure you’re doing everything correctly and aren’t gonna hurt yourself which was really important to me. And the community is awesome too. I thought everyone was going to be intimidating but even on my very first day so many people introduced themselves to me, and I’ve had a lot of fun at some of the community events! The workouts have definitely been challenging and there were points I thought I wouldn’t finish the workout but with the coaches and everyone there I always have and the feeling after is amazing, I’ve really surprised myself with what I’ve been able to do.”

“When we first moved here in 2012, I didn't know ANYONE, let alone trying to find a doctor. My Daughter was sick, we went to the ER. The nurse there recommended Bernardo Ta. (an AWESOME Pediatrician) while we were in his office I was asking him who he could recommend for me to see. His Wife of course!! After the first visit.. I was sold. Her compassion, and sincere concern for her patients' well being is obvious. I've been to the office to pick up paperwork, and if I'm lucky enough to catch her between patients, I have to give her a hug!! I don't know what I'd do without her as my doctor. Now that my Daughter is 21, it's time to get her moved from the Mr. Dr. Tan over here with me. I know she'll be in good hands. Highly recommend is an UNDERSTATEMENT!!”

“I don't disagree with some of the comments about certain office staff, however people need to understand that isn't Dr. Epstein or Esteban's fault. Dr. Epstein will treat you right, you need to be straight with him and give him all the info though, like any other doctor. I went in and told him everything going on and he ran all kinds of tests and figured out what 5 other endos couldn't be bothered to even care about. As a result, I am feeling much better. I have been seeing Dr. Epstein for over 3 years now, as does another family member. In the beginning his demeanor can come off as a little distant. I honestly just think he's a little more reserved, maybe even shy. That does not make him a bad doctor. Now when I see him we chat and laugh like old friends. He's a great guy and a great doctor. I have recommended him to many and will continue to do so.”
